The IMF raise South Africa's growth forecast

Despite rolling blackouts, the International Monetary Fund is quite positive about South Africa's growth prospects. That's as it lifted SA's economic outlook, pegging growth at 1.2% for 2023. Business Day TV caught up with the IMF's Max Alier and he shared insight on the group's outlook.
