And because yenare sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. By this, you are adopted into the life of God. The Holy Spirit inside of you, helps you to experience the love of God. You can't have the Holy Spirit in you and the spirit of fear torments you at the same time.
