<p>Maria Luisa - The HMO Duchess (look her up on instagram) joins us on My Property World.</p> <p>Zero voids (not 1 day in 1 room) since 2016 - portfolio is now 22 rooms and growing.</p> <p>We hear about her move to study law in Liverpool from Estonia (before taking a career change after law school) to saving hard to buy her first house in the South East (which was turned into her first investment property) and building her portfolio to 6 properties for scratch.</p> <p>Very old school approach, hard work, thrift and discipline.
