The Healing Power of Sound

Have you experienced burnout? Do you know how healing sound can be? Molly Chinner, otherwise known as The Sunshine Yogini, tells us her story of transitioning from the high-paced life of being a touring musician, to slowing down and becoming a Yoga teacher, Sound Artist and Healer. Molly teaches the practice of Yoga in London, as well as offering peaceful sound baths to her students using a variety of instruments, voice, vibrations and ambient sounds to enhance meditation and encourage healing from the inside out. In this episode, Molly tells us all about sound baths, and the healing power sound vibrations have, especially when so many of us are living a tightly wound existence. We also talk about having trust in yourself when facing decisions in your creative life, and how it’s important to have a holistic approach as an artist to protect ourselves from physical or emotional burnout.
