The God That Starts Again 5

<p>Saturday 10th April</p> <p><br></p> <p>The God That Starts again. 5</p> <p><br></p> <p>All of God’s purpose on earth involves people. Sometimes the people choose to deviate from God’s purpose and when this happens, He usually starts again, He maintains His purpose but He changes the people. This can be quite painful considering the investment God must have made in those lives. It is important to remind ourselves of this truth again:</p> <p>GOD NEVER CHANGES HIS PURPOSE, BUT HE CAN CHANGE THE PEOPLE .</p> <p>1Samuel 13:13-14 (ESV)</p> <p><br></p> <p>And Samuel said to Saul, you have done foolishly, you have not kept the commandment of the Lord your God which He commanded you for the Lord would have established your kingdom over Israel forever but now your kingdom shall not continue, the Lord has sought out a man after His own heart and the Lord has commanded him to be prince over His people because you have not kept His commandment.</p> <p>Gods had purposed to give Israel a king after they demanded on, His plan was for the house of Saul to rule forever but for Saul's continuous disobedience and nonchalance made God reject him and his household and look for another man – David. God ended His partnership for kingship with the house of Saul’s and started again with the house of David.</p> <p>I pray in the name of Jesus that we will never lose our place and be replaced in God’s purpose in Jesus’ name.</p> <p>Judas was another person who lost his place in God’s purpose. Though he was with Jesus from the beginning he eventually lost his place because of greed.</p> <p>May we never be among those God will replace in Jesus’ Name. The wisdom to stay humble and teachable we receive now in Jesus’ Name.</p> <p><br></p> <p>God bless you, enjoy your weekend.</p>
