The Goal of a Roll

Whenever we roll a position, our primary objective is to reduce overall risk on the position. This risk reduction might come in the form of wider <a href="http://ontt.tv/2fdF7hg">break-even points</a>, less directional risk, or even less exposure to the Greeks.
