<p>Yesterday was General Washington's birthday.  That's why we commemorate President's Day.  Two stories that you probably haven't heard about him at the Constitutional Convention.  And there is an effort afoot to strip the State Treasurer of any meaningful power.  It's starting in the House of Representatives and here's the audio to prove it.</p>
