The GDP gets a recalculation

<p>Earlier this year, the commerce department estimated the U.S.&#8217;s GDP grew in the first quarter by the equivalent of 1.1% per year. But recently, they did a recount with more data. That estimate? Nearly double — the equivalent of 2% per year. We&#8217;ll talk about why the estimate increased, and what this could mean for inflation.
