July 28, 2022 - The planned, premature departure from the state's top court by Chief Judge Janet DiFiore at the end of August will shake up the judiciary in New York, so we asked Albany Law School professor Vin Bonventre to consider what the landscape could look like once Gov. Kathy Hochul remakes the state Court of Appeals.
