<p>Saturday 26th June</p> <p><br></p> <p>The Force of Joy 6</p> <p><br></p> <p>Creating a controlled and enabling environment for the manifestation of God's joy in our lives is a core necessity, and like we established yesterday, we must be deliberate about cultivating the atmosphere to enable the joy and power of the Lord to thrive in us.</p> <p><br></p> <p> 2 Kings 3:14-15 (NLT)</p> <p><br></p> <p> 14 Elisha replied, “As surely as the Lord Almighty lives, whom I serve, I wouldn’t even bother with you except for my respect for King Jehoshaphat of Judah. 15 Now bring me someone who can play the harp.” While the harp was being played, the power of the Lord came upon Elisha.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Elisha felt enraged at the sight of king Joram of Israel for the sins of his parents and in that moment he was clouded and unable to connect with God. But he understood the need to make the atmosphere right for God to take charge, so he requested that someone play the harp to cushion his rage and then, the power of the Lord came upon him.</p> <p><br></p> <p>To experience the manifestation of God, we must be sensitive to our environment, make it right, conducive and habitable for the spirit of God. This Elisha understood and quickly retracted his steps, took control of his environment, and then the power of the Lord came upon him and rescued the situation.</p> <p><br></p> <p>You have a duty to protect and guide your space and by doing so, you'll secure God's availability every time you call.</p> <p><br></p> <p>God bless you.
