Sonya's air-hostess mother flew around the world with her job which influenced her approach to cooking. She wasn't afraid of making bold culinary choices. Brendan on the other hand grew up not really enjoying food and viewed it as a means to an end. Oh how times have changed. Under the tutelage of one Ms. Sonya Lennon and the school of life, Brendan has come to enjoy cooking and even looks forward to planning his meals.
