The Fire Within Me

They will always be the fire in my heart.” Recently I’ve been revisiting one of my absolute favorite musicals of all time: Little Women. Sometimes I think everyone gets so caught up in the song Astonishing that we forget about the brilliance behind The Fire Within Me. It’s always been my favorite song from the show because it speaks so deeply to what is really important in life…family, community and love. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter where you’ve worked or what shows are on your resume. The most important thing is how well have you loved and how well have you served your community.
