The Fear of Abandonment

<p>This seems to plague A LOT of us. A LOT of us. The reality is it comes from our up bringing and not learning to like ourselves. We CANNOT change the past. What we can do is learn to like ourselves, trust ourselves. After that we Won't fear abandonment. And to do this starts with keeping your word...... to yourself.
