The Doula Care Collective

Each bringing their unique experiences and passion to limit overwhelm and provide support during a transformative, and beautiful time in a woman's life: childbirth. </span></p> <p><span class="JsGRdQ">Brooke Sternberg (she/her) is a Certified Integrative Life Coach, Birth and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, and Reiki Master who offers family-centered support throughout the childbearing year. In addition to being the visionary behind the Collective she is the owner of Aspired Mother, a private doula practice here in Palm Beach county but also serves Broward and North Miami Beach. Her approach utilizes self-inquiry, comfort touch, breathwork, and movement to tap into the wisdom of the body to promote a positive experience</span></p> <p><span class="JsGRdQ">Annabelle "Belle" Chauviray is a birth and postpartum Doula, a peer lactation counselor, and a Belly Binding practitioner. She is the Doula behind the Oulala and is the owner of Oulala Doula – Holistic Birthkeeper. She wholeheartedly believes in every woman's inherent power, abilities, and right to birth her baby between science and sacred. She believes in evidence-based information while valuing the wisdom of the women before her. Science reminds us that respecting physiology is the approach to prioritize because it is the safest, and that, technology and medical interventions should be reserved only when needed, and not in the foreground.</span></p> <p><span class="JsGRdQ">Audrey is a DONA trained doula who brings her creative and caring personality to every birth along with calm, sense of humor, and encouragement. A woman's birth experience is a wonderful and important journey. She is honored to be invited into that journey as a helper, encourager, and companion. She is their first out-of-state do
