The Daily Mess Make The Move

<p>What does your new normal look like? &nbsp;Mine isn't about Saturday and Sunday's being called a weekend. &nbsp;The shift in mind sets has been a wandering shipwreck. &nbsp;We are living through the evolution of what used to be. &nbsp;And this could be the very reason why so many people aren't going back to work. &nbsp;It's change that can't be controlled. &nbsp;We want that Monday thru Friday 9 to 5 job. &nbsp;My worst mistake is loyalty. &nbsp;I allow them to bend and reshape my working day every day. &nbsp;I want to be part of all four corners of the business. &nbsp;I can't achieve that goal by laying claim to a definition I feel best describes the position. &nbsp;American businesses have to stop trying to fill their empty positions with just anybody. &nbsp;When people don't show up the rest of us pay the price.</p> --- Support this podcast: <a href="https://anchor.fm/arroe-collins/support" rel="payment">https://anchor.fm/arroe-collins/support</a>
