<p>I'm just like anyone else! &nbsp;I want to push the job aside and go outside to play. &nbsp;To run like a wild child. &nbsp;To feed the heart and imagination with nature! The one thing I learned during the Covid lockdown was how important it is to set yourself free. &nbsp;My wife and I walked three to four miles everyday. &nbsp;The mission was to not feel like we were trapped during a global pandemic. &nbsp;As things have spun around toward a somewhat normal world here we are again. &nbsp;A lot of indoor hours with no time to run. &nbsp;The calendar says this and I want to do that! &nbsp;Doctor's say we should take daily mid afternoon naps. &nbsp;I can't do that! &nbsp;That's an addiction that takes years to break free of. &nbsp;No matter where you are, when the clock says it's nap time you've got to feed that monster or your mindset will want to fight with everything. &nbsp;As I've grown through life its been extremely important to create the right path with waking up, eating and going to sleep. &nbsp;If there's an interruption that means losing sleep. &nbsp;The time limits I live by are set to keep from having an addition to down time. &nbsp;No matter who you are or where you are, getting out of school between three and four o'clock always came with rest time. &nbsp;Whatever your age your body still wants that rest time. &nbsp;We battle with it and try to leap free of it with power drinks, coffee or pills. &nbsp;Breaking that habit isn't going to be an easy journey. &nbsp;Awareness always wins. &nbsp;When you lose your energy wake up with thinking positive thoughts. &nbsp;It will take time but it's well worth it. &nbsp;</p> --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/arroe-collins/message
