<p>When your body doesn't want you to be so dedicated. &nbsp;Every week we see plenty of professional athletes get injured. &nbsp;Real people are no different. &nbsp;We are pushing ourselves too hard and the body isn't conditioned for it. &nbsp;Part of the daily expectation is to do 10 to 20 minutes of stretching before getting out of bed. &nbsp;I want my entire self to be ready to hit that floor. &nbsp;Because we were freed from the lockdown I've not stopped anywhere. &nbsp;My essential job has me walking nearly 8 miles a day while lifting heavy objects. &nbsp;Body aches is my new normal. &nbsp;How to get back in control while keeping your thinking connected to moving forward. &nbsp;</p>
