Today I am sharing the audio of a live panel I hosted in London at CrimeCon Uk. The panel consisted of me, Evidence Joel, and Jane Hunter.<br /><br />Evidence lost her son Richard Okorogheye in 2021. He went missing and the police response was so slow that by the time they found Richard, he had passed away.
