Welcome to the Citizens of Life Podcast.  I am your host, Anya Hildreth.  I am a thriving, single, bi racial Mom, who grew up as a third culture kid, who balances being an engineer, raising to two kids, an Integrative Wellness Life Coach and Podcast Host. I also live with Type 1 Diabetes and Hashimoto’s disease.  My passion is helping stressed out, overworked single Mom’s navigate and balance their personal and professional lives, a process of empowerment I call becoming a Citizen of Life.
