For over four decades, Republicans have been intentionally "drowning government in a bathtub." In the last several years, the Republican Party has been succeeding in destroying governmental institutions, such as closing all three pandemic offices just before a worldwide pandemic swept the country and the world.</strong></p> <p><strong>The moment has arrived. Will enough of us fight back, in every way we can, or will our democratic republic die kicking and screaming in the tub water?</strong></p> <p><strong>One bizarre, upside-down, undemocratic danger to our democracy is that it is governed by a minority, not by a majority of "We the People." And, that minority just happens to hate democracy.
