In part four, the entire BP police department puts the death of Det. McGill on Dilly's meddling as she contends with her own supervisor's critique of an investigation that seems to be growing bloodier by the minute. Chief Ardales lets Girardi know that the FBI is ready to come in and she'll be forced to put him on suspension any second now. Det.
