I was drowning in my own brokenness. I needed saving and all I could do was cry out for help, although I feared I would never be free. Until I met Him, That Jesus the only one who could save me. Sometimes, our thoughts just need to be written out on paper, sometimes our thoughts feel lighter after we’ve shared them with someone. Sometimes we just need to know that someone understands or maybe feels the way we do. Journaling can do that.
