THE APPLICATION OF LIFE

<p>As we fathom the depth of the meaning of life and its purpose for living, we begin to grasp that God is the Creator of life and has a purpose for life.  We can see the abundance of life in its fruitfulness and multiplication.  The love and joy of life is abundant.</p> <p>Yet, there is a war against life.  Recently I saw this as I visited Los Angeles, a city of tremendous wealth and life,yet full of suffering of the homeless along the streets and under the bridges.  I see them outside my daughter’s home sifting through the garbage bins.  I see the homeless living in makeshift tents and cardboard boxes.  My heart aches when I see this waste and tragedy of human misery</p>
