The ANC is crumbling, but what happens then?

A new poll has found that support for the ANC has dwindled to below 30%. This sparks a few questions: Is the polling credible? What will happen in the run-up to the elections? Can another party fix South Africa? It remains our conclusion at Lex Libertas that the only sustainable solutions lies through a decentralisation of the political dispensation in order to facilitate self-governance. What do you think?
