<p>This week on Lennon Courtney Left Alone, it’s The Age Episode.</p><br><p>Now, more than ever, we understand what a privilege it is to get older, so for this episode, we wanted to look at ageing. We talked about what we thought it would look like when we were younger and how we find it now. We also look at the factors that contribute to living a healthy and engaged life, about the Japanese concept of<a href="https://www.dubraybooks.ie/Ikigai_9781786330895" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> Ikigai </a>and a new stage of life called <a href="https://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-alexandre-kalache/how-the-baby-boomers-are-_b_1403431.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">gerontolescence</a>. At Lennon Courtney Left Alone, we like to leave no conversational stone unturned!</p><br><p>Once again, with this episode, we feel it is important to point out that our chats represent our own personal thoughts and views on getting older.
