Description

The Two Gay Geeks have a chat with our good friend Brian Webber, also known as Arkle. Brian has an exciting anniversary coming up, the Fifth Anniversary of his Youtube show, Shameless CashGrab. We talked about Brian being one of our first listeners. We also chatted about his long experience with podcasting and then Youtube. Have a listen and we hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

About Brian Webber

Brian "Arkle" Webber started out as a podcaster with the shows Geek of All Trades, Gilmore Girls Rewatch, and Singular Achievement Phenomenon (the latter being a show about One Hit Wonder songs). In 2017 he started Shameless Cashgrab, inspired by seeing the cover art for a blatant (nay, Shameless) attempt to cash in on the popularity of Stranger Things. He currently lives in Rialto, CA, and can frequently be found on Twitter getting suspended for being rude to transphobes and anti-vaxxers.

About Shameless CashGrab

☀☀☀

Shameless Cashgrab is a show about those DVD collections featuring multiple otherwise unrelated movies, often arbitrarily grouped together around a theme. Arkle watches them, makes jokes, and ranks them against each other at the end of each season. Most of the films are forgettable or bad, but there have been some surprises, like a solid post-apocalyptic drama starring Mark Hamill and the late Bill Paxton, a 1960s Italian horror film with great atmosphere, and quite possibly the only 80s sex comedy without a single homophobic joke in it.

❀❀❀❀

In our second segment, we chat (no spoilers) about The Book Of Boba Fett and Star Trek: Prodigy. We also highlight recent articles posted to tggeeks.com in the past week. As always we have our birthdays and we have the ever-popular feedback segment.

We welcome your feedback. Please, let us know what you think. Good or bad, we want to know
