Texas Self-Defense Law

<p>In Texas , Self-Defense is defined by the TX. Penal Code 9.31. What does this mean ? there are so many loop holes that self-defense is hard to be justified now. <br/><br/>1. Only use the minimum amount of force necessary for self-defense .<br/>2. Reasonably believe that force was necessary to stop someone else&apos;s use of unlawful force.<br/>3.
