Testing drugs on animals could end. When will the technology be ready?

<p>A bill became law late last year that could mean the end of testing drugs on animals eventually. It's called the FDA Modernization Act 2.0. The law has bipartisan support. Seven republican senators led by Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, three democrats including Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey and Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont co-sponsored the bill. PETA is thrilled about it too.
