Tehachapi small businesses move a little closer to opening

<p>Tehachapi businesswoman Barb Villasenor joins the TehachaPod crew for a discussion about what the COVID-19 shutdown has meant to her an independent contractor and when she hopes to get back to work.</p> <p>As local salons and barber shops are allowed to open, not all aspects of those businesses can start up again.</p> <p>We also talk about upcoming Tehachapi events including the 4th of July Fireworks Display and other changes to events.</p>
