Team Up _ Pt 3

<p>Wednesday 25th November 2020</p> <p>A lovely Wednesday to you in the name of Jesus.</p> <p>We are still talking about “Team Up” and I hope you are teaming up. It is a good time to begin to reflect, as we gradually move to the end of the month and also the end of the year. Ask yourself “how am I building on my team? What are your thoughts about your team? It is good to evaluate.</p> <p>We are reading Proverbs 30: 24 - 25 (MSG)</p> <p>“There are four small creatures, wisest of the wise they are</p> <p>ants—frail as they are, get plenty of food in for the winter.”</p> <p>Verse 25 (NLT)</p> <p>'Ants—they aren’t strong, but they store up food all summer.'</p> <p>So, the Bible is telling us about these animals; the first set it talks about are the ants (not ant, ANTS). It says ants are generally not strong animals (especially individually). It says even though they are not strong, some way, somehow, they are able to store up food all through the summer and they don’t starve during winter.</p> <p>What I want you take note of is that the strength is not in the ANT, the strength is in the ANTS; the team of ants, the group of ants working together.</p> <p>And what they do is this, even though they are small in size, they are strategic enough to know that.</p> <p>1. There is strength in numbers.</p> <p>2. They understand time and seasons.</p> <p>Yes, they are weak individually but they.</p> <p>1. Understand that together “We are strong”</p> <p>2. Understand timing (“During the cold season, we will be weak and can’t do anything, so let’s leverage our numbers and leverage the summer and store up food”).</p> <p>So, if you put some honey on the floor or some sugar (or something sweet), you see some number of ants coming and marching on the honey (just going back and forth). You don’t know where they are packing these things to (they just pack them somewhere). They are not going to eat everything (obviously they will eat some and store the rest).</p> <p>So, even though the ant as a single unit is weak, they understand that wh
