They are one of the top French teams heading to Stockholm for the World Championship and we caught up with them to chat about their 5-year Swimrun partnership, how they are preparing for the big day, and the importance of experience. This was a fun conversation and we can’t wait to share it with all of you. </p><p>But first…</p><p>Training Update</p><p>Our last big week of training is in the books and we’re almost at the “hay is in the barn” stage of our training for <a href="https://otilloswimrun.com/race/otillo-swimrun-world-championship/">ÖTILLÖ</a>. After a 5-hour Swimrun practice on Friday and a 3-hour trail run on Sunday, it’s safe to say that we’re looking forward to tapering soon.</p><p>Shoutout</p><p>Our shoutout this week goes to Chip Warner.
