We’re starting to <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uo-km-qfJe8">pump up the volume</a> on our training and did a 2 hour-plus Swimrun on Saturday to start dialing things in again.</p><p><strong>Shoutouts</strong></p><p>This week we’re shouting out Lindsey Ludwick from Virginia. Hope to meet you in person at a race soon!</p><p><strong>Feats of Endurance</strong></p><p>This week’s award goes to Robb Damman and his buddy Yanni for their 8 hour, 30.33 mile point to point Swimrun adventure in Durham County, North Carolina this past Saturday.
