The Kanchō Bōyz. They are a team based in Colorado and one that we can directly credit their origination to our constant efforts, i.e., nagging. Their first event was Orcas Island long course and that should tell you all you need to know about their mettle. More later in the show.</p><p>But first... </p><p><strong>Training Update</strong></p><p><a href="https://www.trisignup.com/Race/NC/Nebo/SwimRunNCLakeJames">Swimrun Lake James</a> is coming up in 10 weeks and we are following the program as the weeks count down. We’ll be kicking off some Swimrun practices soon but in the meantime it’s all about hills.</p><p><strong>Shoutouts</strong></p><p>This week we are shouting out our newest Patron on Patreon, Scott Turner.
