Team Growth Mindset | 7 Lessons I Learned Growing My Team Quickly

<p>For me, it's fairly new.</p><p>AKA I'm still figuring it out as I go.</p><p>We went from a team of 3 to a team of 11 in about 8 months.</p><p>This led to a record year and some lessons and tips I want to share with you so you can avoid some of the mistakes I've made along the way.</p><p>I honestly think growing a team is one of the most challenging and rewarding things we can do as entrepreneurs.</p><p>I know many give up way too soon or shy away from building a team at all if they had trouble the first time...</p><p>But, for me, my team is amazing and I wouldn't be where I am without them.</p><p>It's challenged me to grow as a leader...</p><p>And a leader is what you'll need to become to build the right team.</p><p>Have you grown a team?</p><p>If so, I'd love for you to share your tips in the comments below the video.</p>
