Tax the Rich or Help the Poor?

<p>There are more than a few problems with the recent push to tax the rich. Unfortunately, it doesn't work out all that well for the poor. If helping the poor is the goal, there are many more effective ways to do so than taxing the rich. Instead, it seems the goal is to tax the rich for the sole reason that they are rich.</p>
