SURFING<br /> <br /> Tasha is driven by passion for the sport of surfing, having been involved for over<br /> three decades from competitor to coach, and judge to contest director.<br /> Combined with over 15 years of experience within the surf event industry working<br /> alongside the NF, key stakeholders and partners.<br /> Tasha has proven her ability to manage internationally sanctioned surfing events and<br /> complete diverse projects as well as achieve superior results in a variety of<br /> challenging and multicultural environments thanks to excellent communication,<br /> negotiating, planning and problem-solving skills.<br /> A recognised ISA expert in the surf education sector, who offers her services globally<br /> to help educate and empower developing surfing nations.<br /> Tasha believes that Africa is full of potential and talent that needs to be nurtured and<br /> guided in order to help grow the sport of surfing in a more diverse and inclusive way<br /> on the continent; and in doing so enhancing the quality of life within under-served<br /> coastal communities.
