Target Surges, Disney and Activism, Markets Extend Post-CPI Rally 11/15/23

David reported that according to sources, activist investor ValueAct has taken a stake in Disney. The anchors also discussed the big  post-CPI rally extending its gains, as the Producer Price Indexfell in October from the previous month.
