The Taoiseach has been accused of 'waffling' over an explanation into overcrowding issues at the region's main hospital. Addressing questioning in the Dail from Clare Independent TD Michael McNamara, Taoiseach Micheal Martin insists the Dooradoyle facility has already been allocated 'significant investment'.
