Tanzania's opposition leader could be charged with terrorism

Tanzania's main opposition party says its leader and other members could be charged with terrorism after sweeping arrests that have drawn international concern. Also, Madagascar says it has foiled an attempted assassination plot targeting President Andry Rajoelina. Two French citizens are among those arrested in the probe.
