Loss can make you question why you even cared, or even tried. It can make you run far away from the chance at ever feeling that pain again. Or you can face loss, process it, learn from it and move forward. If you do that enough, you'll start to appreciate loss for what it is - a chance to reflect, learn, grow and be grateful for the things you do have.
