Talk City Greensboro: Parks and Recreation Director Phil Fleischmann

Greensboro has a new Director of Parks and Recreation, and he's a familiar face to many. Phil Fleishmann left four years ago, but the Gate City called him back, so he boomeranged to lead our amazing parks department. We are happy to have him on this episode of Talk City Greensboro.
