Taking a new path with Sally Olarte, multilingual immigrant, people leader and world traveller

<p>This week on #3UNIQUES I was thrilled to connect with Sally OIarte. </p> <p>Sally is a multilingual immigrant who is currently the Manager, People Analytics and Systems at the Factors Group of Companies. She was born and raised by Chinese parents in a refugee camp in rural Vietnam, immigrated to Canada at age 11 and now works and plays in Vancouver, BC.</p> <p>Sally loves travelling and immersing herself in various cultures and sampling foods, drinks and customs for her curiosity and pleasure. Her and husband loves hiking and finding a good trail in the mountains. </p> <p>And another cool thing about Sally, is we have been working together for the last few years.
