Take a Breath 2023

On Friday's Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Eilís Ní Chaithnía. In recognition of fifty years of transformative work in Ireland, the Asthma Society is inviting people to take part in their "Take a Breath Challenge. This challenge, set to take place at the end of September, aims to unite participants in a group or individual hike, all while raising vital funds for the Asthma Society. Eilís discussed the background of the society and the services they provide. She also outlined what the event will consist of and encouraged everyone listening to give it a go.
