TAD #16 Gripping The Steering Wheel w/Brent Herd

This episode is the first of many "voice memos" where I sit down and talk into the mic about something that's been on my mind. In today's episode, I talk about how a small moment with my wife was actually an incredibly big realization for me. I go deep on how we all grip the wheel so tight with the desire to control all of the outcomes in our life. I also talk about how my practice of meditation has helped me to let go and allow for what is suppose to come in to my life to actually get here.
