They aim to bridge the gap between science, policy and industry by identifying and promoting potential solutions to the looming sand crisis.</p> <p>In the previous episode i.e. ep #94 we discussed how sand touches our lives everyday via the products and services that we use. We even spoke about the massive scale at which specific types of sand are extracted from various parts of the globe to suffice human development needs. This in turn is leading us into a climate catastrophe.</p> <p>If you observe keenly, you’ll notice how rarely sand and its sustainability comes up in climate change awareness conversations.
