Susan Greene - A life of music and prayer

Our reporter Alison Hyland was in Mount Melleray a few weeks ago recording Walks and Talks with John G and while she was there, she met the most interesting lady. Susan Greene is a woman who turned her back on a high flying banking career in London and moved to Mount Melleray to lead a monastic life alongside the monks of Melleray. She is not a nun but every day for the last 31 years, she has played the organ at Melleray and led somewhat of a solitary life. We wanted to find out more about this lady who is also an author, so Ali returned to Melleray to sit down with Susan, who began by telling us about where she grew up....
