Surefire success is Leadership growth

They threaten the entire workforce that 15% of them will be fired after the next appraisal.</p> <p>That means 15% of the employees who despite having above average performance, will be fired just because they were in the 15% from the bottom-line.</p> <p>Firing an employee costs the organization dearly &nbsp;because of the investment in the recruiting, orientation and training process.&nbsp;</p> <p>Training need assessment is done only after a particular employee is a good fit, or is the best fit with available resources.</p> <p>Skilling &nbsp;is to be preceded &nbsp;by counselling.
