Surah 21 Al Anbiya verses 16-20 Session 5 We have been created so that we have knowledge (S65 v12) and that we worship (S51 v56). Those with deep inner reflection acknowledge that the heavens & earth were created with purpose (S3 v190). Imam Suyuti, states the word ‘lagho’ refers to play and in Yemeni arabic refers to a woman (S21 v17). ‘The truth is cast against falsehood…’ this was recited when the 360 idols were removed from the Holy Kaba. ‘Woe to those who ascribe…’ refers to the scholar who does not practice (Ibn Masood ra). The creaking of the heavens & earth as angles prostrate to their Lord.
