Surah 20 Taha verses 42-48, Session 8 Both Harun (as) and Musa (as) are instructed to invite Firawn to Islam and to free Bani Israel, who are referred to as Servants of God. When gentleness resides within, it's a beautification and without it there's nothing but disfigurement. Disbelief is Firawn's only sin mentioned in the Quran. Explaining, "Peace be upon those who follow guidance, (Surah 20 v47).
