<p>The Supreme Court returns October 3 for its 2022-2023 Term, and the justices will hear cases on a number of important issues: affirmative action, race, elections, administrative law, immigration, and more.</p><p>For instance, in&nbsp;<em>Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President &amp; Fellows of Harvard College</em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina</em>, the Court will determine whether institutions of higher education cannot use race as a factor in admissions. In&nbsp;<em>Moore v. Harper</em>, the Court will determine if state legislatures have the authority from the Constitution to regulate federal elections without oversight from state courts. In<em>&nbsp;Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency</em>, the Court will establish if the 9th&nbsp;Circuit set forth the proper test to determine whether wetlands are "waters of the United States" under the Clean Water Act. In<em>&nbsp;United States v.
